How to get in CMD Office 12 info?

#1 Post by tinfanide » 27 Feb 2012 04:22

I can get Office 14 info (e.g. Product Key) in CMD

Code: Select all

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14>cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus

But it does not work in an enviornment where Office 12 is installed.

Correct. That vbscript is only for Office 2010.

I've done a bit of research online and found people normally cannot get the protected product keys of Office 14-. Some people do it with some utility. I wonder if I can do it thru DOS Command or go into the regedit.exe to get it.

Now I need to check the computer's Office and Windows product key to see if the office is activated and licensed.
