DOS 5 sending codes to printer.

There is a thread going on over at Computer Hope about sending scancodes to a printer switch.
I know some of you have worked with DEBUG and Assembler in the past.
I don't know if what he is asking is possible but if anyone knows I am sure it is some body who hangs out on this forum.
I am sure the guy would appreciate any help he can get.
