Bat file to CTRL+BREAK to stop code

My keyboard is missing the pause or break key. On screen keyboard does not work. is their a batch file that can do this?

I am in Microsoft Access, trying to stop code. Not able to. Keyboard is missing the keys cause I got a new one. What can i use in it's place?

Do you have the model of your keyboard so we can check?

The break key is likely to be a second function on another key, or written in a way that is not clear.
You can program another key on some keyboards or use software - but the first question would be valuable information.
