Eliminate character in txt file

#1 Post by Jorgegs » 07 Apr 2016 23:13

Good morning
I'm a spanish man new in this forum
Excuse me if this is not the right way to ask you
I need a batch.dos file to be called, to eliminate the arrow character generated in a memorized txt file, in every line created with copy and end line character in another previous batch.

Please if this is not the right way, please tell me where or how can I get a solution.

Thanks in advance
Jorgegs

The arrow on the last line is an end of file marker, used in the original MSDOS and is retained for backward compatibility.

If you use the copy command with the /b switch then it will not be added to the file in the first place.

copy /b and the rest of your copy command here.
