i have given up on this i found somthing that makes it easier its called safe in cloud http://www.safe-in-cloud.com
and just install the addon for either chrome or firefox and install it on your pc and it work wonders for me sofar

also i found a few programs but they show up as viruses and malicous software so i didnt download them such as chrompass and a few others
