how to see all processes runnig?

there is a command shows all processes. what is it? i have forgotten :(

Task manager or Process explorer from sysinternals.

Tasklisk in XP Pro +

in a windows dos prompt, try this command:
wmic process get description

in true (16-bit) DOS, I have no idea..
