CMD resources on Windows Xp

Hi all...

I don't really want to waste a bunch of time manually testing .exe, .com to see if they exist on Xp.

So could someone please tell me what .exe, .com were added to Windows Vista that Xp doesn't have. Well what does Xp not have that Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 doesn't have? I know only a few such as choice.exe - .com. Are there any others?
