Lycoris Recoil - Did the animators create functional Dos code or is this just gibberish?

I started watching episode 1 of a anime called "Lycoris Recoil" which seems to have a crazy attention to detail. The included image was literally only shown for less than 2 seconds in the entire episode yet it features what seems like fully fleshed out code. It even references this website by name which is why I ended up here! Did the animators really create a working script for such a tiny period of screentime or is it a bunch of gibberish Dos code thrown together. Hopefully it's obvious I have no experience in Dos at all so cant tell myself
