Batch Parser

Windows Batch has been around longer than me but I can't seem to find a parser online for it. Does anyone know of one? preferably open source.

Surely there must be one in Wine's cmd.exe clone.
But I don't know how compatible it is with all our favorite Batch quirks. :wink:
