Need Batch file

Hi Friends,
I need to create 1 batch file.
i have set of URL names in excel sheet.
there is 1 column "status" each and every URL has seperate status
Example:
Status
http://www.dsmtuners.com 8-Sep-10 TCS International Team Site Problem
http://www.bikemojo.com 8-Sep-10 TCS International Team Site Problem
community.nortel.com 7-Sep-10 TCS Critical Team Site Problem
I need to update this status in online data base with respective name.
About the online database:
we need to select respective name from dropdown and then search the URLexample:"www.dsmtuners.com" then update status example:"Site Problem".
