Bath scripting. Need to ftp to different servers using ANT

I am a novice in batch scrpting.
I need one help from scrpting guru's out here.
I have one xml file which needs to be ftp'ed to other servers.
That xml file is on windows box at one location. I want to ship that file on the same location on linux box. I will be calling ANT to perform the FTP.
I have the basic one created but its not working. If someone can help me out to solve this, I really appreciate it.
Please let me know how can help me out. I need to get this done soon.
