How to create a video cd which cannot be duplicated?

Hi,
Could someone please help me to know about how t o create video CDs which cannot be duplicated or copied format. suggest me any software also.

I'm not sure whether you realized that you asked that in a Windows Batch forum :? All I can say is there is no way using batch.
