I've the "Time" problem in some DTP tasks so, I've tried to create a patch to short the time, this patch will take the source file (doc or Pdf) (this file in the English language) and take the target file (this file in Arabic language == source after translation to Arabic) to compare source with the target to make the two files (source and target are the same) in terms of direction in Arabic start from the right and the photos size make it as the same in the source also, the font size and type.

please let me know if any one has any idea to help me.

I think you want to make an English document similar in formatting as an Arabic document, or the other way around.

Batch files can't really help there...
