Access keys in .bat programs?

Hey there!

I'm new over here and I've got this little question. I know that in Visual Basic you can create Alt-key shortcuts using the ampersand. A similar result can be achieved in HTML by using the accesskey attribute.

I would like to know if there's an alternative for this in .bat programs.
