How to see an user account password

Hello everyone...
I have been playing around with the "net user" command a lot
. But people at my place of work always often ask me how I can get there password, they have forgotten on there or what not
Is is possible for cmd to show a user account password running is Administrator mode? Something to look in the registry Maybe?
