Seperate List Entries randomly in Groups

Hello everyone.
I have a list of 14 Names + ID Numbers that I want to divide randomly into four grups. (4:4:3:3)
I know that there are more simpler ways to do so, but I really want to do it in batch. Unfortunatey my batch skills are not overwhelming and barely reach up to the simple usage of %random% function.
The task must be fulfilled until Wednesday evening (JST), so I am really in hurry.
