You know the demo scene where they play a 2 minute graphic demo to music?
Honguito98 has written a tool to down-convert the video to images suitable for display in a cmd prompt and then
plays the video with sound in the cmd prompt console window. It's quite an impressive feat.
The display is not HD but you still get a good sense of the original demo.
