I have a private email address such as something@something.com.au I use smartyhost and my internet provider is TPG. I tried signing in to the email app on mac as well the iPhone but it returns with cannot connect to smartyhost. Smartyhost has a website where it outlines how to do it but it dosnt work. The 'pop' is mail.smarthost.com.au and the 'smtp' is mail.tpg.com.au I have tried doing all of these and i changed the com.au to .com only but still doesn't work. I used to use Eudora 6 on mac 10.6.8. I decided to update but Eudora doesn't support Yosemite. Thanks,

I'm not sure how you think we can help with a Mac issue; batch is exclusive to Windows.
