Maybe that's what you're looking for
https://www.amazon.com/Advanced-MS-DOS- ... 830657452/
I don't know any books about Batch though. I just did a quick search on Amazon.

What year did you read this book in? What language was it in? What country were you in?

Possibilities assuming your brain autocorrected "DOS" to "batch":
Possibilities assuming you got the languages wrong entirely:

No editor on the planet worth their salt would allow a title with the phrase "Advanced Learning;" it simply isn't grammatical.
Possibilities in case the book wasn't red:

Search tip: add "ISBN" to your search query to find books. Select images to see their covers.
BTW: Are you sure you didn't mix up batch and bash?

Maybe "step by step" with "advanced" with "learning" words i saw (I sure of it)
Seem the cover is the new last years before 2 years maybe?
Maybe this book he is the advertisement banner?
I ran into when searching codes about "strings" of batch scripting

I don't know why you're so set on this particular book. There are no books about advanced modern batch techniques (you'll get some about advanced DOS, but that won't help you in 2019) and there are certainly no
upcoming books about batch, since pretty much everybody has moved on to PowerShell.
If you insist on learning batch from a book, read
Batchography. Otherwise, hang around here and practice a bunch to pick up advanced techniques.
