F7-Multiline selector restores the contents behind the selection after the select is done.

I tried DECSCA(\e CSI Ps " q) with DECSC to restore overwrited contents but these ones were not supported on batch.
Is there any other options to restore the previous contents(or float a text temporary without overwrite)?

Using an alternate screen buffer might help you:

But there was a bug Bug in vt101 Alternate Screen Buffer?
- Crashes on company-managed computer with Windows 10.0.16299.1625
- Works fine on another one managed by me, with Windows 10.0.19041.84
