I need a batch script that downloads a youtube video from a link and uploads it (to youtube).

Batch doesn't play nice with the internet, and natively has no way of either downloading nor uploading. I never thought I would type this sentence, but choosing batch for this is a terrible idea. Does it absolutely have to be batch? There are hundreds, if not thousands of YouTube downloaders and uploaders. Use one of those if you can.

That doesnt make a whole lot of logical sense.

I assumed he was reposting videos to steal credit for them.
Although now he's probably going to try and make some ridiculous claim about how he's "just mirroring them" for some reason.
