#1 Post by shanoger@hotmail.com » 06 May 2015 00:04

Hi all,
I have a quilting machine that has a PC that controls it, this pc is has a rom where the DOS program is stored. machine and the mouse and keyboard does not work on the quilting machine program. But when i move the mouse and press any key on the keyboard i can hear click sound from the motherboard speaker. Also this happened when i replaced the BIOS battery of the motherboard. Please tell me how i can solve this issue.

Thank you again.

Can you provide a link to the device or a model number?

More information would be handy about the unit to see exactly how it functions and what components are used.

IE: Is the computer part a separate computer, or is built into the quilter.
Do you see an MSDOS window?
Does it normally display things on an LCD screen?

I only get those clicks from my on board speakers ( notifying me the input buffer is full, subsequent input cannot be processed and is lost ) when the OS in hung.
